Hey Actifit Frens! Hope y’all had a wonderful day out there as I did knocking out over 15,000 steps on the day. Mostly by walking around a lot at work and taking the dog for a very short walk at lunch. Then after work, I jumped on the elliptical and got in a 20 minute elliptical challenge. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
