Hey Actifit Frens! I had a very busy and extremely active day today. I got a lot of steps in at lunch today because I took my big silly pooch for a walk. Then after work today I went to the gym and lifted some weights. Then later in the evening, I got in a high intensity session with a very intriguing and sexy, red head. Hope y’all had a productive day as I did.
