My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2023

Hey Actifit Frens! Despite the low step count, I actually had a extremely active and busy day today. When I use the bicycle at the gym, I am watching my phone so I don’t get any of the step counts so I probably did significantly more steps than what was recorded, however. I did break a new record at the gym today, in terms of my ability to benchpress at 180 pounds now. 10 more pounds and I will be able to bench press my own weight. Or I could lose 10 pounds and be able to bench press my weight. Anyways, hope y’all had a wonderful day out there!
