Hey Actifit Frens! I had a very active and very busy day today and got in a lot of stops by taking the dog for a walk at lunch. After work today I did a elliptical challenge. I also did about 40 push-ups today and some sit ups and I also did a lot of stuff around the office and just walking around doing normal stuff. Hope you all had a productive day as well!

Good work, i also did today and contue with 60 push up with four round, each round is consist 15 push-ups. Have a wonderful day ahead of you with your actifit report points.
