Hey Actifit Frens! I had a very busy and also very active day today. Unfortunately, I started my day out in the ER because my wife’s ring finger swollen up and had to have her ring cut off; the joys of pregnancy. This evening I took her out to dinner for her birthday, so I did not get a elliptical workout in. However, I will get in some good workouts this weekend. Hope y’all had a productive and busy day as well. When walking around came across this gross selection of soda.
