Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy and productive day today at work and knocked out most of my steps by taking my dog for a very long walk at lunch today. Also got in a high intensity workout this evening. That was not listed oddly on the list of activities. You might want to check that out anyways hope y’all were as active as I was tonight. Cheers.
