Hey Actifit frens! Almost 19,000 steps is pretty amazing. I got most of the steps in today by going for a very long walk with my two kids and my dog. Then I did a 50 minute long elliptical session Which was extremely tiring a uphill and high intensity. Hope you all had a active day out there as well!
