My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2023
I haven’t had a lot to post here on ActiFit this week. I guess that means I need to get out more. It’s been raining a lot this past week, which puts a damper on outdoor activity. I did manage to get some steps in the past couple of days, and some pics to share.

These were taken on Thursday night, and it was a lovely evening, aside from the werewolves howling in the distance. Okay, they were probably just coyotes, but calling them werewolves is more fun.
