Monday Walk Shop Workout-Actifit Report
On Monday we needed to restock some basic household supplies like dish soap and peanut butter, so I went to this warehouse store where you can buy stuff in bulk for a good price. The place his hug. I took the opportunity to get some steps in. I parked as far away as I could, and walked down every isle.
My goal this week is to go for runs on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. So getting home this evening I did some weight training and worked out using the following routine:
- Leg exercises - dumbbell front squats, dumbbell split squats
- Push exercises - dumbbell shoulder press, inclined
push-ups, Stability Ball Chest Press - Pull exercises - wide grip pull ups, two-arm dumbbell row
- Isolation exercises -bicep curls, tricept dips.
I write these words on Monday night with tired fingers but feeling good to get over 10,000 steps today, for sticking with it and putting in some time to exercise.
