Old house, new house.
In some photos that I have posted on Ecency, and the Hive blockchain, in general, I have captured old, and sometimes derelict, houses that drew my attention.
This time, it is a new block of flats currently under construction that I took a shot of.
Regardless of the fact that some people may prefer living in detached houses rather than in blocks of flats and multi-storey buildings, this building will provide accommodation to single people, families, and businesses, which we can't ignore with so many homeless people nowadays.
How affordable these flats will be is another story...
