A full on day with a short walk in the forest due to the rain and having Little Wookie with me.

I had a good talk with my mate who I’ll call Rubberman because he’s quite lanky.

He used to be a personal trainer and I was talking to him about a theory I have and how I could test it.

I’m going to give it a crack just to prove a point.
