My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2023
Due to heavy winds it was too dangerous to take the postie bike to Oakura.
I’d already struggled coming back from Bellblock so I decided to take the Ute to Oakura and walk the run.
As you can see it’s a big walk and there’s some big hills to climb.
Incidentally, maybe someone who is a fit freak can tell me, is 12 minutes per kilometre alright or do I need some work?
