Workout Noon





Do you usually exercise your body? Keeping yourself in good shape and in a well physical condition allows you to be healthy and feeling great with yourself, being one of the main reasons to make exercise if you don't yet, whether if you go to a gym or not. This is the gym where I go in Boston, located in 131 Seaport Blvd a.k.a. The Alyx, inside the hotel. Although it looks good and clean it doesn't have so much machines to workout with but it's pretty worthy. I like to use dumbbells and dead weight while spending about one hour without rest on it. Today's a great day to start making exercise and I encourage you to do so, anyways, grab some earphones, play the music that you like the most and begin! Happy Wednesday.
