Almost 10,000 steps is good progress. For me, th early morning walks is peaceful but also kinda makes me wanna crawl back into bed after haha. Hopefully Friday or Saturday you'll be able to get pass 10K steps

So it looks like my new daily goal is 10,000 steps. I surpassed them yesterday and will report back today.

My goals have been changing. I started with 5 thousand last year and now I have 10 thousand In a while I will reach 20 thousand.
