Met the new neighbours recently, they seem friendly.
Mum fell and broke her hip a while back, so I’ve been spending a lot more time at the family home over the last couple of months. My fitness and activity levels are all over the place, so this post marks my intention to restore consistency to my training. Effective immediately.

Sometimes, family takes precedence over exercise, but there is a time for everything and I'm sure you will get back in the routine.
