Sometimes in life, you are too close to something to see it clearly. This is often the main reason people benefit from a coach. It’s someone who can take a look at the situation from farther afield, and from that distance it’s easier to be objective.

Improving fitness or nutrition isn’t rocket science. It’s usually a matter of doing a couple of things slightly differently.

Sometimes it just takes the outside perspective to help you clearly identify what your next steps should be.

Because when you’re in it, you can’t see the wood from the trees.
