My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2022

Activity levels are definitely down at the moment, and most of todays exercise came in the form of a walk on the beach.

A short walk though, as it’s the first day out of isolation for herself as she had a negative antigen test this morning. Still a tightness in the chest, so it’ll be very gradual increases in duration/distance/intensity for her over the coming weeks.
On a side note, we were lovely and warm as we walked…

Yep, that was good news indeed (I think she may have been starting to get cabin fever, but sssh! don't tell anyone). Anyway, a good dose of vitamin SEA was much needed :-)
