My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2022
Not much outdoor activity today, spent most of the day in front of the computer.
I did take breaks to do mini workouts every couple of hours though:
3-5 rounds of
5 lunges each leg
5 pushups
5 squats+ knee raise and trunk twist each side
5 hip bridges.
It’s amazing how much benefit even little 5 minute workouts like this can be when you do them regularly 🤩
