RE: To tank or not to tank

The question "to tank or not to tank" is a moot point. The Cowboys are not a good team, therefore they do not have to make that decision. Dak will have season-ending surgery because his hamstring has separated from the bone... there is no time frame for healing that unless he has surgery, therefore his season is over. I am of the belief that so long as JJ is in charge of the Cowboys, there is no scenario in the draft that he will pick the right players, nor will he be successful in turning this around. JJ has proved for over 30 years that he is not a good owner, a good GM, or what is best for the Cowboys moving forward. He has not been able to field a successful team since Jimmy left, Bary Switzer not withstanding as he won with Jimmy's roster. The problem with the Cowboys has always been the owner, and until that changes, winning is out of the question, hell to put it more in perspective he decided to build the new stadium with a glass window facing the east so as to guarantee blinding whichever team was moving that way, including the home team. JJ is an idiot, and outside the owner of the Panthers and the owner of the Dolphins, he is the worst owner/GM in the NFL. Just my two cents.

I 100% agree on the Cowboys being good at this point. Defense went from top 10 to 31st overall. Dak was in a slump before injury and several starters are out. I disagree about Jerry not being able to make good draft picks. The Dallas Cowboys had the most all pros and pro bowlers last year out of all teams in football.. That points to coaching in my opinion... Also Jerry has 3 rings something the teams you mentioned will never earn in our lifetime.
