My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2023

Hi guys, it was a stressful day for me and I just decided to go on a walk and do some jogging excercise but ensuring I go pass 5000 steps and also reach as high as 7000 steps for today alone.i was away from home since morning I and a friend to get some groceries but our plans was to go out and come back very early. So, we start our walk by 11am after I did a morning jug and so we head out to the market and we were there till this evening 6pm. We didn't take any thing to eat because we believe we could be back on time till we spent most of our day outside. At the long run, I was able I broke another record today and beating the record of 5k and 7k walk.. see more of my update by tomorrow to see how far I can go..
