My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2022

Today is the first day of the year and I decided to take it easy. It doesn't mean I slacked off, I just didn't do any particular exercise routine.

I did clean my apartment though and that alone is a good exercise!

I also decided to take a walk in the afternoon and even though there was a thin rain falling gently, it was a nice walk.
