My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2021

As predicted, this week is shaping up to be a crazy one! I had a very productive and yet exhausting day today and it looks like tomorrow is going to be even worse.

I actually managed to get some exercise done but I forgot to bring my phone so it didn't catch my movements. I'll try to remember about it next time. It's just been so long since I exercised regularly that I forgot the things I used to do.
