Uefa champions league quarter final draws released - Road to Semi final awaits

We all knows how I have been patiently waiting for this day, this is simply because of the fact that I really need to know where my team belong and for a very long time now I have been praying for a more simpler fixture when it comes to the Uefa champions league than a difficult one. We all knows that when it comes to the Uefa champions league competition it is usually tit for tat. All the team are just too good. They all knows what winning the Uefa champions league trophy will bring to them and their club. These is one of the numerous reasons almost all the team are putting in their very best effort to ensure that things are gotten right.

Just like what I hinted, since yesterday I have been going online trying to see the team that we will be playing against. Before that match I spoke with a colleague, he is a Liverpool fc fan and I express myself to him letting him knows that I will love to see us playing against a little softer side because I knows that when it comes to Uefa champions league, it is just like the World cup, almost all team there aren't there for play, they are so good with what they are doing. If your team is here to play just bear it in your mind that they will not scale far in this competition.

Currently we are in the stage where I will refer to this competition as the men's stage. This is simply because we are now out of the stage that I will tag the boys stage. Such stage from my own point of view is simply from the group stage to the Round of 16. The race currently is for result and it will take in a lot of effort and determination for result to be achieved. Well, for those awaiting the fixtures let me drop it as I am really over excited right now. Brace your self for it as I got it delivered.

From the draws that was released yesterday it shows that my team, Liverpool fc will be playing against Benfica on the 5th of April, 2022. We all knows that it is going to be a double leg fixture and for sure the best team will eventually wins. But seeing this fixture gladdens my heart as I will be happy we are playing against Benfica than Real Madrid, Manchester city or Chelsea fc at this current point in time. Those team will produce more treat to my team than Benfica fc.

Manchester city will be playing against Atletico Madrid. This is going to be an interesting one between these two team and from my watch I know it is definitely not going to be an easy one for both side but I am tipping Manchester city to be the better side between the two team, this is holding to the fact that Atletico Madrid don't look too informed right now, they are still struggling and as we knows it, they manage to get to this stage of the competition.

Next on my list is Villareal fc versus Bayern Munich. The very moment I saw this fixture I knows it is not going to be an easy one for Villareal fc but it can still goes the other way round. Just like what I said above if you have been reading through this post you will see where I hinted that we are now in the men's stage, this is no longer the competition for boys so there is every tendency that it is going to be a very stronger one for both side but I will be expecting Bayern Munich to move to the next round of the competition but before then, they have to show that they merit it by winning Villareal fc first.

Finally on my list we have Chelsea fc to take on Real Madrid. This looks like one of the biggest match when it comes to the Uefa champions league quarter final stage. We all knows that Chelsea fc team are currently passing through a lot of issues concerning the Russia and Ukraine war. Despite that, Chelsea fc have proven that such issues will never be allowed to weight them down. Real Madrid on the other hand are also battling through some issues. We can see how the team are struggling to keep up with progress but I must admit that their win against Paris Saint German was superb. Nobody thought they will get to such stage holding to the fact that we all thought that Paris Saint German has already gotten the job done with the 1 nil win at their home soil.

From the above it can be seen that we have

Benfica fc versus Liverpool fc

Manchester city versus
Atletico Madrid

Villareal fc versus
Bayern Munich

And lastly, we have Chelsea fc versus Real Madrid.
