Quiet day at home. My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2025

Another day that I didn't go to the gym.

Sore shoulders from getting 3 vaccinations means I didn't want to work them out.

But I still walked the dog in the morning and again in the evening

A little while it was time to go to the financial advisor (above is his waiting room)

And that's me in the waiting room.

After that it was bargain hunting at Canadian Tire (furnace filters on really cheap) and Freshco (Peanut butter there).

Then it was off to the dentist. Got my dental implant so I can finally eat again without having a hole in my teeth. Hooray.

And while doing my evening walk I got a cool picture.

Walking through a forested area at just the right time to see a cross through the fall in the branches and with the sunset baking everything red.

I thought that was really cool.

Overall though. Another good day
