Back to work. My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2025

Now today started at 5am. The perfect time to get up and get ready to go to the gym.

The problem was I set my alarm for 7am because I intended to do a rest day today. However when my body woke up I had to give in and just go do all an upper body day today.

When I got home? Beautiful and sunny. But cold. Frost on the ground and my breath turned to clouds in the air. And my dog wanted to check out the frost in the grass.

Still it was a nice walk as we both had our jackets on.

Why did I take this picture? It was really bright sun shining. I was impressed but the camera really doesn't do it justice.

After that it was off to work. Not a good day, not a bad day. Just ok. And the best part of the day??

Having chicken at Lee's chicken.

After that back to the pharmacy.

And a nice surprise, my wife has walked the dog before I got home. Hooray.

Plus a package arrived from Amazon. Still hooray.

Spent the evening with my wife watching a movie so....

Overall it was a pretty good day.
