My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2025

Another day like all the rest.

Things get fairly routine around here. The only difference are do I work or not, is my wife home or not, and how often do I go to walk the dog.

Well today was just a little different. I started by getting dental work so I didn't walk the dog.

As you can tell he didn't look really interested in the morning walk.

I was also a little surprised that the Christmas lights were up at the mall also.

After the dental work I did a little walk by myself to get some steps then it was off to work.

With want too bad except I was sleepy and just wanted to go home. However I persevered through my shift.... Sore mouth when the freezing wore off and all.

At the end of the day my wife had already walked the dog and took him to get a haircut.

So I got to walk by myself to get some more steps before watching an old movie and enjoying the evening.

Overall not a bad day.

Let's see what tomorrow brings
