Crisp and maybe even a little cold.

Even the dog needed his jacket today

Anyways the day started early with the personal Trainer.

Then walk the dog.

Then go to the dentist to be fitted for a missing molar. Hard to believe it's been a year since I had that horrible toothache.

Head to the place that makes the teeth to get color check.

So a bit of shopping for some groceries.

Head to work for a half day.

Come home to walk the dog again.

Chat with my sons

Before finally heading to bed.

Nothing exciting, just another day.
