Back to work. My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2025

Okay, so if you were reading my blog you would know that I had a bad tooth that was causing me a lot of pain.

To make things worse my regular dentist was out of the country in China and wouldn't be back for four days. That's a long time to wait when you are hurting, nauseated and generally feeling awful.

As a result my wife called around to find a place that had emergency dentist on call. I found one in a local mall and they opened up before everything else. That's why I got the image of the very empty mall there.

Plus they had a really nice view of the mountains from their window.

Anyways, getting the tooth fixed made me feel a lot better, horray!

So much so that I could walk the dog and go to work later.

It was a bright sunny morning but pretty frosty.

And my dog got a lot of fun digging in the snow pile behind the ice rink.

Don't think he will find anything there but hey, he tries.

Anyways work was work and when I came home, horray the kids walked the dog so I had one less job to do.

Probably a good thing because the post procedure medications gave me some wicked diarrhea so going far from home on walks isn't really something I look forward to.

Still I got over 8K steps today so I'm pretty pleased with that.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.
