Another day at the gym. My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2024

Another cold and dreary day. Awoke at 445am to get to my personal Trainer for 6am. Ugh. Pushed hard for an hour then time for the treadmill.

Finish all that and head over to the grocery store.

Walk the dog, make chilli for dinner, write a hive learners post and then have a little break. Followed by a walk with my son, a walk with the dog and a movie with my wife. Overall a pretty good day...

And it all starts tomorrow so over again really early in the morning.
