What to say about today? My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2024

Well the only thing different today was shopping. And I wish I could rotate the picture but haven't figured that out yet.

Other than that a very typical day.

Hey up at 445am to get ready for the gym.

Leg day at the gym and treadmill to get steps

Come home. Walk the dog.

Although today I did visit with friends so that was nice.

Then errands

Nap (it was an early morning)

Make dinner

Walk the dog

Enjoy a movie and then read Bible, pray and bedtime.

Tomorrow... Rinse and repeat.

Yeah I know.

Boring

But sometimes consistency is the key
