A beautiful sunshiny day but after so many days of jet lag I didn't wake up until 11am. That wasn't awesome.

Still. I got a walk in with the dog. Got a few steps at work as I covered for 90 minutes while my boss went for an week emergency dentist trip.

Then I say back with my wife and enjoyed watching a movie and having a lazy evening. Overall not a bad day..

But 5k steps isn't very impressive 😞

However maybe tomorrow will be better.
