Barely made my step count...but I had a reason or two. My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2024

Now if you read my almost daily blog you will know that walking the dog morning and evening gives me a lot of steps. I walk him rain or shine, snow, heat or storm.

However, this morning I had an appointment with my physiotherapist so that I could unlock the tight muscles in my back.

Unfortunately I also had to work today so I had to get a very early appointment at 7:40am.

Nothing wrong with that and I would usually just walk the dog after I got out of the appointment. After all my dog doesn't mind sleeping late most mornings.

However, this morning I had to rush to get to work.

And rush at work I did! We we running all day long trying to keep up and we failed miserably. There was a pile of work probably 3hrs long (or more) when the workday finished.

So, I went home really not looking forward to taking my dog on his evening walk.

Much to my surprise my son had already walked the dog! Horray!

I got an evening off.

However without walking the dog in the morning or evening I can say that my step count was pretty awful.

Just over 5k steps from walking around work and walking to Subway at lunchtime for some food.

Pretty pathetic,

But hey, there are gooing to be days when the step count just isn't that high....and this is one of them.

But I'm almost certain tomorrow will be better.
