Work and Wet. My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2024

What do you when its pouring down rain and there are little mini floods all round you? Well, if you own a dog you put on a smile and head outside for a walk.

Of course the doggo needs a jacket as well so he doesn't get totally drenched with rainwater as well. No-one likes a soggy doggy!

Beware of the waterlogged pathways. One misstep and you will have wet feet for the rest of the walk.

Now after the walk I had to go to work. That wasn't much fun as my fingers are really quite sore (you can check my last post if you are curious about that). After work it was off to chuch. After church...

Well, this is what it looked like as I stepped out.

But again, doggo needs to for his evening walk as well.

Even if there are little rivers forming on the road. A doggy daddy has to do what he needs to do.

Although for next time I should probably make sure Actifit is actually open so it checks my steps.

Darn. I did more than 5K steps but they didn't get counted.

Guess that's life though. Things don't always quite go according to plan.

But I'm happy I stayed on my diet and got my steps.

So....That's it until tomorrow :)
