16K steps from a pretty average day. My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2024
As always most of my steps are from walking the dog. Luckily my wife decided to join me today so it makes the walk a little less boring.
Do that in the morning and the evening and I get roughly 10K steps depending on the route that I took.
This morning I actually started in the gym early once again.
Not my favorite thing to get up at 5am to get to the gym but that along with changing my diet will hopefully mean that I can lose weight and get into shape. I'm tired of being overweight, especially since it wasn't so long ago that I was actually a nice, happy, fit weight.
I know being lighter and more fit just all around feels better. But I will also admit that the ice cream sitting in the freezer is calling my name.
But sometimes bad habits are hard to break. Like my silly dog munching on grass, or this morning he was just licking all the dew off the grass in the morning.
Seems like a lot of work for very little water.
Anyways, that's how I ended up getting my 16+K steps today.
Pretty happy with that number,
and lets see if I can keep the streak going tomorrow.
