Going to the gym with a cold sucks. My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2024
Well, I made it to the gym let again. Getting up at 5am when I have snuffles and cough sucks. Pushing weights before breakfast also sucks. Trying to do an hour of cardio after weights and before breakfast isn't much fun.
But being fat is even worse!
So, I'm going to keep doing the exercise AND make sure that I track every calorie that I eat to make sure that I can make my weight goal without getting weaker.
Of course the dog also needs to be walked and I do that twice a day.
Other than that and a little beat saber I was pretty lazy today. I called in sick to work, I rested in bed much of the day and took care of myself.
I can't become a couch potato but I also can't overdo it when sick
Maybe tomorrow will be better but I'm thinking much the same
Either way I'm pretty happy with my 10K steps.
