Today is a little different. Yes I went to the gym in the morning but after that not much exercise.

I drove with my son about 400km north to visit my sister and so he could visit his cousins.

With the distance they rarely see each other so with a long weekend it seemed life a good time to visit.

Kind of cold (-1C evening temp) and not many steps. But family trumps exercise sometimes.
