My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2024

The day started with a 6am trip to the gym. I think I'll like a 24hr gym.

Not that many steps as I only did weights and a little time on the stairs.

After that time to walk the dog on a beautiful day.

Past that a little beat Saber and some errands but nothing major. The big thing today was heading to Newlands golf. Course got a dinner in honor of my son's 21st birthday. Overall a good day
