Another day another report. My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2024

Not really much to report today. Again walked the dog in the morning and the evening. That was the majority of steps.

My wife was also home which meant I had to be diligent with the house chores which meant even more steps.

I know I should probably include more pictures but, well, I'm getting myself back into this slowly.

Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Will find out them :)

It's amazing how many steps housework creates! I know because I've been there and have been shocked before.
