My Actifit Report Card: July 4 2024

Today the dog only got walked once. He is now 4 years old and doesn't enjoy the walks as much as he used to. Also he can hold his bathroom duties to just once a day.

So Nico got one walk today and it was quite a nice day for a walk.

When my wife got home we got to go for a longer walk at a brisker pace with no dog in tow. Horray!

We even got a chance to sit and relax enjoying the view from the park bench. Something that rarely went well with the dog along with us.

Add in a few chores like putting up a new light fixture. Unclogging the bathroom drain. Making a big pot of chilli for the familiy and that pretty much sums up my day.

So, Until tomorrow.
