Day at work cuts down my steps :( My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2024
Much harder to enjoy my day when I have to work. I did get to take the dog out for his morning walk.
and it was raining, again, so he has his rain jacket and I have my umbrella. A few thousand steps and a nice start to the day.
Unfortunately after that it was time to go to work. I'd way rather be posting on Hive, or taking some time to update the #earn spend give community, or make some food, or go to the gym. or. .. pretty much anything.... but I'm not retired yet so off to work I go.
After work time to go home and of course time to take the dog on his evening walk. It was a little funny. When I got home Nico was nuzzling the dog food container and then tapped it a couple times with his paw. I guess he was hungry but food is AFTER he goes on his walk :)
So off for his evening walk we went and when I get home I notice I'm over 10K steps. Horray! Goal reached and have a few hours left in the day. Now I could wait a little bit to post and get some more steps from housework and a few errands I have left before bed...but nah.... get things posted for the day.
So that's it.
