When Actifit gets me in trouble. My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2023

Fall is here and there are some beautiful colours when out walking right now.

And that's what I did in both the morning and evening today. Walked the dog in the morning. Helped my son with my University application process. Went to my financial advisor. Then went on a walk around the park because it was a beautiful day and I wanted to get some more steps in for Actifit.

However, that did backfire on me today. My wife got home from work at 2:30pm. At that time I was enjoying a leisurely walk around the park. I hadn't done the dishes. I hadn't done the laundry. I hadn't vacuumed the floors.

I got a phone call to tell me she was not at all impressed. So, tomorrow when I post I'm pretty sure I can tell you that those chores will be done first!

Anyways, got home, and did some chores with my wife. Then it was time to take the dog for his evening walk while my wife went to the gym.

Nice when I started the walk but by the end of the walk it was pretty dark out.

However, if these can be out working in it I suppose I can be out walking in it :)
