Back to the regular routine. My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2023

A little reminiscing today. This is a picture of where my sons used to play when they were very young

Today my oldest got a full time job as an apprentice electrician. Weird how times goes so slowly through the days but so quickly through the years.

Guess the saying is right "As a parent the nights are long but the years are short".

Anyways... on to the activity report.

Slept in a little bit but took the dog on a long walk in the morning. After I got back my son wanted me to go on another walk with him to talk about "important stuff". The important stuff was that (1) He got a new full time job which is a 120km round trip each day for a 7am start. and (2) He recently got in a car accident. Not his fault and he's fine but not sure if the car is going to get repaired or a write off so he wanted to discuss what to do for transportation to his new job.

After that time to pay all the bills for the month. All paid with a little left over which is always nice.

Then I had to help my son fill out all the new hire forms. Mostly he did it but still wanted me around to double check. Nice to still be needed :D

Then time to take dog on evening walk--again with my son.

Get home and time to do stretches, pushups, situps, balancing exercises and finish the activity for the day.

All said, good for almost 20k steps.

Now I post my Actifit. Read my bible. Pray again and call it again
