Day 39: I'm glad I have big trees along my walk. My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2023

I could talk about how it was sub zero weather today

But an actifitter commented on the big trees I get to walk through and this morning I was thinking it is nice to walk through the big trees.

Especially these two that I see when I enter the park each morning on the dog walk.

They may not seem like much in the picture but today I took my measuring tape to the one on the right and it was 12' 7" a few feet from the base (just under 4m around for those metric people).

They are also very tall trees too

So. Today I took my dog for a walk morning and evening. I did my coin hunting in the evening. I did my stretches, push ups, situps and balancing exercises in the morning.

Plus I worked an 8 hour shift on top of that.

All the while I was thinking I should be a little like the tree....Start from small and work little by little to develop myself :)

My weight was up a little at 86.7 but nothing I'm worried about. My step count was down at under 20K but I'm not going to get upset at 18k ..
