Day 23: Working on formatting My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2023
Okay, I'm still working on making a template for my Actifit report. I'm not good with HTML codes but I can't stand just entering everything in plain text in one large dump so its a work in progress but here it is
The Reason for all the work
I want to live my life to the fullest. To that end I want to be strong in Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit
Goals
To strengthen my body in endurance, strength, and flexibility
To keep my mind sharp and engaged through reading, learning, and experimenting with new things
To brighten my spirit by spending time doing things I enjoy. Spending time with friends or family. Finding new places. Doing new things. Finding new music. Watching new shows.
Strengthen my soul by reading my bible, praying, and following a Christian lifestyle the best I can.

Daily Thoughts

Another grey and dreary day.
But the dog still needs to be walked and those coins still need to be hunted.
Dog got walked twice and coins got hunted twice which was good for a whole lot of steps.
Plus my son drove himself to school today so I had extra time in the morning for push ups, situps and stretches. Before and after my morning walks.
Plus after my evening walks as well or a total of 3 sets through the day.
Other than that...
- dishes got done
- fruit parfait got made
- sandwiches for the week got made
- made another chocolate slab but this time with dries blueberries and Okara .yummy.
- Niko loved the dried beef sticks I made for him and cheap than buying treats. Score one for me :)
- Made a chocolate cake from scratch AND made icing from scratch for the first time. Actually very easy but pleased with myself because I never did it before :)
Also got to see a heron on my walk around the park today. My camera lens isn't great for it but here's the image :

Method
Still working on this part... More to come here later I hope :)
Clarification
Okay, I keep talking about Coin Hunt. Why? Because its a big part of my motivation to walk.
But readers might not know what its all about.
In short its a virtual scavenger hunt.
I start on a road like this :

Which looks like this in Coin Hunt :

Notice that there are chests scattered along the map. When I walk to one I can open it and get a question from one of three categories like this :

Choose a category and answer the question :

Answer correctly and get a reward box :
Grey box is for in game items. Blue Box is for either Ethereum (Gwei) or Bitcoin.

I chose the blue box and got this :

Now the amount of crypto earned depends on the colour of chest and how quickly it was answered. The majority of he chests on my daily route give 10cents of crypto. Not much but there are over 50 of them on my route so it does add up.
Anyways, I think that's enough for today.
