My Actifit Report Card: October 23 2024

Hello everyone! 💓❤️‍🩹🫡🇺🇦🙏Yesterday was a very warm, sunny autumn day. 🤗🤗🤗😻There was a lot of work at home, but I decided to put everything off until the evening, take the children and go for a walk to the school playground. 🤗💓❤️‍🩹🙏There were many colorful leaves around us, the warm autumn sun was shining and the mood was great! We met our friends on the playground, and the children happily ran to play. I, with the girls' mothers, decided to get a cup of latte and go sit on a wooden bench. 🤷‍♀️We discussed our experiences about the war, another missile strike on our city, talked about how there is very little energy and strength left to hold on and live in this country where missiles and drones are constantly flying. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹🫤Everyone shared their experience and how they cope with this situation. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹One mother completely immersed herself in work, stopped watching the news and it helped her, she began to worry less. I am completely engaged in my child, thinking about how to make sure she is not bored, I am engaged in health, we go to visit and go to different clubs. 🤗🤗🇺🇦❤️‍🩹I devote almost all my time to this, and this is my salvation. Apart from this, I am completely engaged in the house, I cook, clean and I have very little time to think about very bad things. As it turned out, children are much stronger than adults, they need very little to be happy, they know how to enjoy little things, and when you see their sincere smile or laughter, you want to live. We walked until it got dark outside. In the evening, my daughter came and did her homework. And I cooked dinner and did all the things that I put off during the day. The evening passed quickly and well. I really want more days to have good weather. Enjoy the sunshine with daughter 🧒 So that I can walk longer! Have a peaceful day everyone!💓🤗😻🎊🙏🙏🙏🥰
