My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2023
Hello! The whole day in Kharkiv is hot, but in the late afternoon, we like to walk to the fountain, jump on the playground, or walk the dog. Last week we had to do a lot of work to make the dog stop jumping over the fence during the air raid😢 It was terrible when they start bombing Kharkiv or the siren yells - and the 50 kg dog hits the fence trying to climb over it. The last time he stuck his ass in the fence and squealed until I pulled him out. It was at three o'clock in the morning.😁🫠🫠🫠🫠🥹
I remember those weeks very well, I was sick because I couldn't sleep well, we often walked around the area at night to find our shepherd dog.
If we were in Europe and our dog was walking down the street like this, she would have been euthanized by now. And we were fined.😳😏
Recently, I try to be more in the fresh air, and think less about the fact that there is a war in the country. These thoughts about the war, about the prospects for our children, spoil my mood and morale. People in my city, especially men, drink every night. Even those who have not drunk before. This is morally crushing.😢 I know exactly than I need therapy, to get started a new life, because now I’m really tired 🥱. Anyway, right now I’m just walking with my daughter and try relax. We enjoyed the last days of summer and figure out about our future. Have a good day. Stay safe Hello from Ukraine!

The dog also feels fear and trauma as well like a human. My dog also did the same when I was in Kharkiv. She just ran and wanted to go out...
I agree dear!
