My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2023

Hi all! Today we have finished hunting for mushrooms. I got up at five in the morning and went to bed at two in the morning. The weird Russian attacks didn't let me rest properly. I feel a small cold, probably due to stress, my immunity has fallen😇

I got up early and went towards Gagarin, where my friends were supposed to pick me up in a car. In the morning it was about 20 degrees Celsius, I was comfortable in a light trowel. Not a single store worked, the city was empty.

We met and drove out of town. We found a bucket of mushrooms: boletus, mushrooms and some white mushrooms. In general, I'm satisfied.

Walked a little over 12,000 steps. Now I've come home, lay down on the sofa and try to cure my throat, a little fever irritates me. But I'll be fine!
