My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2024

Today was the 28th of November and it was Thursday. The day began with the name of Allah. In the morning, when the call for Fajr was being given, I woke up at that time. I first performed ablution, then I performed Fajr prayer. After Fajr prayer, I did dhikr of Allah, which I do every day. Then I recited a few verses of the Holy Quran and at the same time I read the translation in my language so that I could understand what Allah the Almighty is saying to us. After reciting the Holy Quran, I went to the courtyard of the house. At that time, the fresh morning air was blowing. I kept walking in the courtyard for some time because fresh air in the morning is very beneficial for the lungs, which provides freshness to the whole body, which is very wonderful for the heartbeat and lungs.

آج نومبر کی اٹھائیس تاریخ تھی اور جمعرات کا دن تھا ۔ دن کا آغاز اللہ کے نام سے کیا ۔ صبح جب فجر کی آذان ہو رہی تھی تو میں اس وقت جاگ گی میں نے سب سے پہلے وضو کیا پھر میں نے نماز فجر ادا کی نماز فجر کے بعد میں نے ذکر اللّٰہ ھو کیا جو میں ہر روز کرتی ہوں ۔ پھر میں نے قرآن مجید کی چند آیات تلاوت کیں اور ساتھ میں نے اپنی زبان میں ترجمہ پڑھا تاکہ مجھے سمجھ آسکے کہ اللّٰہ پاک ہمیں کیا فرما رہا ہے ۔ قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کے بعد میں گھر کے صحن میں گی اس وقت صبح کی تازہ ہوا چل رہی تھی کچھ دیر میں نے صحن میں چہل قدمی کرتی رہی کیونکہ صبح کے وقت تازہ ہوا پھپھڑوں کیلئے بہت مفید ہوتی ہے جو پورے جسم میں تازگی فراہم کرتے ہیں جو دل کی دھڑکن اور پھیپھڑوں کیلئے بہت لاجواب ہوتی ہے
