My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2025 - SWC

Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Les vengo a compartir el día de hoy lo que fue mi reporte de actifit, bueno mi reporte empezó en la mañana a partir de las 6 a.m antes de irme a la universidad, caminé hasta la parada del transporte para poder ir completando algunos pasos del día posteriormente luego caminé a mi casa y esperé hasta la tarde para poder entrenar con mis amigos, pero antes de entrenar realicé un trote de aproximadamente 20 minutos para poder culminar los pasos los cuáles fueron 5000, ya luego en la tarde llegaron mis amigos incluyendo @chiqui-sw y @miguelgabriel-sw, la verdad que el entrenamiento de hoy fue demasiado bueno ya que consistió en solamente realizar combos, aunque seguiré realizando mis básicos pero el día de hoy me sentía demasiado motivado por lo que me animé a realizar tanto combos de full planche como de front lever. También realicé algunos intentos de hefesto en anillas y la verdad que me sentía muy cómodo al realizarlos, ya que, tenía mucho tiempo sin hacer hefesto. Y bueno amigos eso fue mi reporte del día de hoy, espero que les haya gustado y nos vemos en otro post 🫵🏽❤️.
