Mi reporte de Actifict: octubre 2 2024 - SWC
Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien! Hoy les comparto mi reporte de Actifit del día de hoy. En esta ocasión como siempre troté con mi amigo @miguelgabriel-sw en las horas de la mañana, nos paramos a las 7 de la mañana y en este caso trotamos aproximadamente unos 30 minutos, hicimos un recorrido lago peculiar ya que no agarramos una ruta común, si no que trotamos por varias calles al azar y hicimos los 5000 pasos algo divertido, fue algo cansón pero la verdad que me gustó variar mi ruta de trote, luego de haber completado mi trote tome unas fotografías del cielo ya que se encontraba bastante bonito y también tome algunas antes de trotar, está semana estoy enfocado en trotar ya que quiero tener buena resistencia para la competencia y poder rendir de la mejor manera posible, poder hacer los combos sin cansarme mucho y así tener un mayor rendimiento. Está preparación no ha sido nada fácil pero le estoy echando bastantes ganas y disciplina para poder lograr el objetivo deseado, espero que les haya gustado mi reporte de hoy el cual fue completado con mi amigo, y nos vemos en otro post sobre mi último entrenamiento de la semana 💪🏽.

Greetings friends of the Actifit I hope you are feeling well! Today I share with you my Actifit report of today. This time as always I jogged with my friend @miguelgabriel-sw in the morning hours, we stopped at 7 am and in this case we jogged for about 30 minutes, we did a peculiar lake route because we did not take a common route, we jogged through several random streets and we did the 5000 steps something fun, it was a little tiring but the truth is that I liked to vary my jogging route, after completing my jog I took some pictures of the sky because it was quite nice and I also took some before jogging, this week I?m focused on jogging because I want to have good endurance for the competition and to be able to perform as good as possible, to do the combos without getting too tired and so have a better performance. This preparation has not been easy but I'm putting a lot of desire and discipline to achieve the desired goal, I hope you liked my report today which was completed with my friend, and see you in another post about my last workout of the week 💪🏽.
